IUSG FOUNDATION

Following the successful IUSG in Brussels in 1992, a foundation was started in which any proceeds of the meetings, donations or legacies can be placed. The IUSG foundation is a subcommittee within the IUSG which operates under an additional set of by-laws. Its purpose is to promote the aims, values, and activities of the IUSG in medical sciences, education and training.

The foundation has a separate board of directors which help to invest the money in its trust with the aim of only using the interest for the various activities of the IUSG.
